Aboriginal artist - Connie Collins

Connie was born at Yuendumu via Alice Springs. She now resides in Kununurra with frequent visits back to her home country.

She is a tireless and enthusiastic painter, with a distinctive “desert art” style all of her own. Her works are always accompanied with the story of the painting attached to the work.

Connie paints in acrylic, ranging from vibrant red-black combinations to soft grey-blue shades. She has a repertoire of stories and subjects to paint longer than “Gone with the Wind” and her paintings sell like “Hot Cakes”, due to the fact that her works are very well priced, meticulously painted and are super value-for-money.

Connie paints on canvas, and many of her works are unstretched to allow the purchaser to frame in keeping with the décor of their choosing.

Commissioned paintings – her specialty.
